1. Return and Exchange Policy
At Alishba Kashif, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and craftsmanship. While we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.
1.1 What Are "Normal Conditions"?
“Normal conditions” refer to cases where:
- The product is delivered as described
- There are no defects or damage
- The item meets Alishba Kashif’s quality standards
In such cases, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
2. Defective Products

Each product is inspected carefully during production and packaging to ensure it is free from defects. We use high-quality materials and professional craftsmanship throughout the process.
2.2 Reporting a Defect
If you receive a defective item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

2.3 Return Process
Once approved:
- Customers must return the product to our address in Pakistan
- Return shipping and any customs charges are the customer's responsibility
- Upon receiving the item, we will assess the issue and offer a resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund)
2.4 Investigation
We will conduct a detailed review of the returned product, including visual inspection and documentation verification.
2.5 Refund or Replacement
If the defect is verified, we may offer a:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund (in rare cases, at our discretion)
2.6 Final Decision
Alishba Kashif reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any refund or replacement based on the outcome of our investigation.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation Window
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations are not accepted after this period if the order has been processed or shipped.

3.3 Refund for Cancellations
Approved cancellations will be refunded as store credit of equal value, valid for use within 1 month. Processing time is 7–14 business days.
3.4 Non-Cancellable Items
The following items cannot be canceled or refunded:
- Final sale items marked as non-returnable
- Custom or personalized products where production has started
3.5 Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate order information and act within the allowed time window. Alishba Kashif will process approved cancellations and issue store credits accordingly.
3.6 Notification
Once your cancellation is submitted, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation of the request and status.
